Why is it important to drink water?

The body can possibly survive without food until five weeks, but did not resist more than five days without water. It is therefore necessary to take at least 8 to 10 glasses per day to replace the loss that occurs with sweat and urine. Water is a truly remarkable food and essential for life. Food and gas are transported by water, waste products are expelled from the body through urine and feces.

Water regulates our temperature, lubricates our joints and contributes decisively to give structure and shape to the body. In addition, proper hydration helps keep skin smooth and youthful, as the acute or chronic dehydration causes the skin to crease and cracks easily. Often a person loses more water than you take, but its content in the body remains relatively stable over time and in case of imbalance, a new intake of fluid can quickly adjust the level of water that our body needs.

The sun and heat perspiring more, then fluid loss increases. Add to this the fact that the more fluid is lost, the more decreases the body's ability to regulate temperature, which essentially means that water is replenished. We should not wait to feel thirsty to drink water, and dry mouth is a symptom of dehydration, and the instinct to drink is lost with progressive dehydration.

The waste tire a business opportunity

According to the National Association of Tire Distributors (Andellac) each year in our country is disposed of 25 million old tires (other than those that "fall" of EU) of which nine out of 10 are sent to open-air dumps or underground reservoirs, convirtiédose this in a serious health problem and a threat to the environment.

In many cases such as that raised in the north of our country, is chosen by the burning of thousands of them in cement kilns, extremely dangerous risks from emissions of toxic substances. These ovens have been shown to produce increased emissions of dioxins, mercury, polyaromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) and heavy metals such as lead, zinc, nickel and vanadium, the cement plants that use coal or gas as fuel. So that people exposed to these fumes can suffer from headaches, and weakness in learning to breast cancer and not to mention the damage it causes to our environment.

Fortunately, enterprising people have found what appear to be the solution to this problem, besides becoming a major source of income.

What is this business?

This is the collection and recycling of tires and other smells, which passes through a milling process are reduced by very small particles that can be used in the construction of floors for play areas, stables, arenas, sports fields, folders asphalt, etc.. In Canada, Province of Nova Scotia, the total of recycled tires that are discarded annually through a cryogenic system that freezes, allowing for simple and crushed to separate its components, and have managed to avoid being discarded tires become a problem that threatens the environment.

Marie Antoinette never made the infamous phrase: "If you do not have bread, eat cake," when a counselor told him that the hardships the people of Paris went. The historian Antonia Fraser has found that it is a Bulo: who said this was an outrageous courtesan, Madame de Montespan. This was picked Jean-Jacques Rousseau in his Confessions, written in 1768, exactly two years before that Marie Antoinette arrived in France.

"What if God was one of us?" "What would you ask if I go face to face."

This letter is one of my favorite songs read it and I hope you enjoy

is of Joan Osborne
LETTER

If God had a name what would it be?

And would you call it to his face?

If you were faced with Him in all His glory

What would you ask if you had just one question?

[chorus]

And yeah, yeah, God is great

Yeah, yeah, God is good

yeah, yeah, yeah-yeah-yeah

What if God was one of us? Just a Slob like one of us

Just a stranger on the bus

Tryin 'to make his way home?

If God had a face what would it look like?

And would you want to see if, s

eeing meant That you would have to believe in things like heaven

And in Jesus and the saints, and all the Prophets?

[chorus]

Back up to heaven all alone No, nobody calling on the phone No,
just tryin 'to make his way home
Nobody calling on the phone
'Concept for the Pope maybe in Rome"

Compost - What it is and how it is done?

Compost (also called humus) is formed by descompocisión organic products and is used to pay the earth. It is a process in which no man speaking, recycling is 100% natural.

To make compost you must:

1 .- Make a hole of 1m by 1m and 30 to 50cm deep (on earth), you can also use a wooden container.

2 .- Place the bottom layer of sawdust to prevent odors and conserve moisture.

3 .- Put pieces of organic products such as fruit, vegetables, egg shells, beans, rice, etc.. (if your family leaves something to the lunch that will not eat that you can help your compost). If it is very dry add a little water to maintain moisture.

4 .- Cover the waste with a layer of sawdust.

5 .- Cover the hole with a layer of soil.

Interesting!: Organic matter, when it is decomposing, it generates heat of about 70 ° C, this is used to kill insect eggs and most of the microorganisms that cause disease.

6 .- Each 8 or 10 days you must remove the compost with a rod for oxygen. If your compost to remove ants you see are NOT math as they help the decomposition process.

WHEN IS MY COMPOST?: After 6 to 8 weeks your compost this list but before you use it take away all the stones that were formed and if you want more compost you can use the stones also

Why is recycling important?

To help the health of the planet. The things we use daily such as paper, plastic, are made with materials from the earth. Our planet has a limited amount of resources hence the importance of recycling. You can save large amounts of non-renewable natural resources when the production processes using recycled materials. How can we contribute to recycling and taking care of our environment? Starting with simple things but contribute to the care of the planet. recycled (reused) paper, we prevent more trees are cut to recycle aluminum, plastic bottles avoid using more fuel or energy in the manufacturing process.

POEM

The world is sick.
Dying, and can not breathe,
All the water you know ... wrong
Let's make something so you can save!

Before the system dies,
Let us work,
find a recipe together
caring for our planet.

Many trees can be planted,
concienticemos to people,
the planet are going to oxygenate
and enjoy its shade.

The paper will no longer use,
that will recycle it.
No tree will not die
and take care of the planet.

Batteries pollutants
Water must not be thrown away.
It is a great ecological damage
take years to clean.

If you love nature,
must begin to recycle,
on the planet for future
we can all breathe.

For the earth will not die,
We must start to care.
We help the whole creation
and with it we will.

Did you know?

The paper is very necessary in our society, but its production can affect our environment.
Felling of trees can be done in sustainable plantations or in protected areas, ecological criteria, or depleted. The manufacture of paper, in turn, can be done with a high energy, polluting rivers with chlorine, which affects the health of living organisms, including humans, bleaching or other means.
Recycled fibers require less water and energy to turn it into pulp, the fibers of fibers of a tree. To get higher quality paper, will require blending with virgin pulp because it is the recycled degraded.

Bleaching process.
To whiten the paper used in some cases, elemental chlorine, which pollutes, to form dioxins, which are very toxic to animals and to humans, if there is an overexposure or bioaccumulation. Alternatively, you can preblanquear bleaching with oxygen and leading to chlorine dioxide, with a result less polluting. This process is called ECF. Another alternative is to use hydrogen peroxide in the bleaching process, eliminating the use of chlorine, which is even cleaner. This process is called TCF.
The need of bleaching depends on the type of paper used. If the paper that is recycled is lower quality, as obtained from newsprint, will require more whitening, which is obtained if the paper of office
